MISSION ADVICE CENTRE
More than 150 mission organizations will present themselves at the mission's fair. Click here for a survey of participating mission organizations. We will keep this list up to date.

Right in the middle of the exhibition hall, amidst of all the mission organizations, you will find the Mission Advice Centre (MAC) and Oasis. MAC is the hub of the wheel, the central part of this mission fair. MAC helps you find your way in the maze of mission in its many forms, both practically and spiritually.

What can MAC do for you?
MAC offers you the opportunity:
1. to search through thousands of mission vacancies - jobs, tasks, projects
2. to find information about the mission organizations which are present at the mission-net fair.
3. to talk intimately and privately with one of the advisors about finding God's plan for your life.
4. to discover your talents and know your character with the help of a computerized test.
5. to discover which vacancies and organizations would make a good match with you and your abilities.

Do you wonder whether or not the Lord can use you for mission? And if so, how and when and where and for how long? With the help of your MAC advisor you can search for God's plan for your life. And when you have heard Gods voice already and you had a clear calling, we would like to help you move some more steps forward and outline the opportunities for you in mission and help you find an organization that would fit you best.

We highlighted a few areas in mission: church planting, aid and relieve.

OASIS
The OASIS counsellor can help you find out:
whether or not you are ready to go into mission
whether or not you must first grow a little in a certain field, or maybe you must first do away with something
whether or not God is calling you for a task in mission
OASIS offers pastoral counselling. And if you consider mission an option for your life, or for part of your life, then the counsellor can help you discover Gods plan for your life. He is also there to help you bring some order in your considerations and to apply some structure and direction to your plans.

Have you been active in mission already and feel the need to talk about your experiences or maybe you want to restructure your life and wish to learn what your next step with God should be, then OASIS can be a good "pit-stop" for you.

We seek advisors and counsellors
People from all over Europe have given their commitment to be a counsellor at mission-net. But for an army of 6000 young people we must find more helpers. Do you have mission experience? Are you a good and objective listener? Are you ready to enjoy some terrific days at Oldenburg? Then join the MAC counsellors team.
